Ann Marie's Story
Life
After 50 moves across county over a nearly thirty year span, my disabled, second husband and I resettled again near Seattle, in North Bend.
I have five children, three from my first marriage and two from the second. To date, I have six grandchildren.
In my spare time, I serve as a volunteer administrator with the St. Michael's Music Academy, now dba as Winn Academy of Music in Issaquah, which I co-founded in 1994. In 2002, we split off from the chuch that had sponsored us to become a separate not-for...Expand for more
-profit corporation. To our delight, the school is growing rapidly. Winn Academy does more than just offer music lessons. Our faculty and students also gives both benefit and paid solo and ensemble recitals, and mini-concerts to the community. Am I passionate about what we are doing at Winn? You bet!
When I'm not reading, or volunteering or gardening, or corresponding via email, or just doing housework, I also write books for fun; mysteries and fantasy mostly. None have sold yet, so it must be for fun.
